Ingredients
| 300g | Blue Key Superfine Superwhite Flour |
| 1 cap | Star Brand Butter Caramel Flavour |
| ½ cap | Star Brand Apple Green Colour |
| ½ cap | Star Brand Fortuna Red Colour |
| 250g | Unsalted butter |
| 180g | Castor sugar |
| 150g | Corn flour |
| 1 nos | Egg yolk |

Method
- Preheat oven to 160˚C.
- Sift the flour and corn flour together.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter and castor sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg yolk and butter caramel flavour. Mix well.
- Add the sifted flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 3 portions. Mix in colouring, red, green and plain, into each portion.
- Place the green dough onto baking paper and roll to 0.5cm thickness. Repeat with the plain dough, then place it onto the green dough.
- Weigh the red dough into 5g portions and shape into balls. Cut the green and plain dough using a round cutter and wrap onto the red dough.
- Cut the dough into 4 segments and place onto a small muffin liner.
- Place black sesame on top of the segments and keep in the chiller for 1 hour.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
