Ingredients
| 200g | Blue Key Self-Raising Flour |
| 4 nos | Seri Murni Eggs (Grade B) |
| 100g | Castor sugar |
| 1 tsp | Ovalette |
| 200ml | Coconut milk |
| 1 cap | Star Brand Apple Green Colour |
| 1 cap | Star Brand Pandan Flavour |

Method
- In a mixer bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and ovalette until fluffy using medium speed.
- Using slow speed, add coconut milk and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour in stages and continue to mix using slow speed.
- Divide the batter into 2 portions. Add green colouring and pandan flavour into one portion.
- Transfer into piping bags and cut a small hole in each.
- Prepare the mould by folding the brown paper into a cone shape.
- Pipe the batter starting with the green batter and layering with the plain batter. Repeat the process alternately until the mould is 2/3 full.
- Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
- For decoration, melt the white chocolate in a piping bag. Glue the sprinkles onto the cake using the melted chocolate.
