Ingredients
| 15g | Blue Key Self-Raising Flour |
| 21g | Salted butter, softened |
| 25g | Caster Sugar |
| 1 | Egg, Grade B |
| 6g | Cocoa powder |
| 1 tsp | Star Brand Vanilla Flavour |
| 22ml | Meadow Fresh Pure Milk Full Cream |
| 1 tsp | Water |
| 14g | Chocolate chips |
Decorations
| Meadow Fresh Whipping Cream, cold | |
| Fresh strawberry |
Method
- In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Stir well.
- Add in egg and stir until fluffy.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla flavour, milk ,water and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture in a microwave–safe mug and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 1 minute at medium temperature.
- Decorate with whipping cream and strawberry.
